Ok, I think I have the item selection process down, but now I deal with the problem of trying to buy the actual item. Not just picking the item and quantity and automatically get it like the Mock GE (Don't get me wrong, it is quite useful). Any tips would be much appreciated.

Well, you have a couple choices... The oGE or World 2. With World 2, log on and sit at the oGE and type continuously what you want until you get it. Or The oGE, put in numerous offers as soon as the oGE updates. You want to be sure to use up all slots to buy/sell as it increases your chances of getting the items. I hope this helps you out!
